Terms & Conditions

To Pay:

• The terms of payment will be stated in the purchase order. For clients based in the Philippines, the terms are 50% down payment and the balance on the party date. For order clients based elsewhere it is full payment.
• Payment is to be made via a bank to bank deposit if the client is based in the Philippines. For clients based elsewhere it is through telegraphic transfer.
• The bank-to-bank deposit or telegraphic transfer is to be made to the bank account in the Philippines of Values Media, Inc., at Metrobank. The branch servicing the account is the Escriva branch located at Shaw Bldv. Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The account no. is 7-633-90072-4. The ID or Swift code of Metrobank is MBTCPHMM

Proof of Service

• VMI will send the client directly via email a certification signed by the assigned contact person/s or a photo showing that the service has been rendered. This certification or photo will be sent within 1 week from the time the service has been rendered.

Return Policy

• VMI will return to the client the money paid plus an additional of 50% of the amount paid to serve as penalty in case it is not able to deliver the purchased orders. The money will be sent to the client within 1 week from the date the service was due to be rendered.
• VMI will not be liable if it is not able to deliver the service/s ordered in case of force majeure. By force majeure here we mean typhoon, earthquake and other natural calamities. It will also include unexpected events that cause major disruption in the business activities like war, big rallies, coup d'etat, flash floods and other similar events. In such a case, VMI will return to the client 85% of the amount paid by the client.
• VMI will not be liable for not delivering the service/s ordered for reasons caused by the client or his contact person/s such as providing wrong information, having improper or no venue, having no sound system, proper lighting and ventilation and other requirements needed to fulfill the ordered service/s.

Postponement

• Postponement will be allowed provided VMI is advised by the client at least two weeks before the scheduled event. The rescheduled date however will have to be agreed upon since it will depend on VMI's availability to service the order/s on the rescheduled date.
